I ran for the bathroom at some point in the last 15 minutes when I heard weird scary noises outside the apartment. It was probably nothing, but it was one of those weird noises you hear in tornado movies...hence the run to the bathroom. We live on the second floor and there are no basements here. The storm has cleared now and all is well! I hope those who live to the north didn't have any damage.
