I was reading my Google Reader this morning and came across this article from the New York Times. It talks about an experiment that was done with mice to look at circadian rhythm and exercise. I emailed it to Kyle.
Jasmin: I guess maybe we should try exercise... I'm pretty sure this is the only thing you haven't tried for your sleep issues.
Kyle: I'm not a mouse, yo.
Very true. Although, we do call each other "moosh" which the literal translation is "mouse" in Farsi.
