Car troubles

So yesterday while driving through what what essentially a canyon in the middle of nowhere, Utah, Leo informed is that he could not get the car out of 5th gear. We were going uphill and had to downshift, so we pulled over to try to fix it. We had no cell phone reception because we had cliffs on both side of the road so we sat for about 20 minutes trying to figure out what to do. We started walking to get reception, managed to get one bar and tried calling some people before a trucker asked if we needed help, we explained the situation, he got in the car and it just worked for him. We loosened it up for him. No pics on the phone, so no photo.
