Thanks to my SIL, Jaleh, we are munching on some delicious apple spice muffins while we watch the final presidential debate.  They are delicious and very easy to make!

Tonight I was going to hang out with my mommy but she ended up having to stay late at work.  We're going to try again tomorrow - hopefully get some time to chill, play her favorite game of cards, I'm going to make her a dinner I don't think she's ever had before, and then we're heading to the Modarai's house to meet a new Auxillary Board Member.  I'm looking forward to spending some time with my mommy because we haven't had quality time together in three weeks!  Unacceptable!

And now...back to some apple spice muffins.  Mmmmmm.
