Two Months' Rent = Getting Shot

Looking at housing options for the next year.  Kyle comes across a foreclosure.

Jasmin: Seriously?!  That's like...two months' rent! [laughs out loud]

Kyle: Yeah, and we can get shot! [sarcastically laughs "ha ha ha"]
